Delivery within the UK

• Orders £80 and over: FREE

• Orders up to £79: £5.50 ( 48 hour tracked) 

• For swatch orders up to £2.00: £2.00 (2nd class mail)

• Swatch orders over £2.00 are sent with our standard 48 hour tracked: £5.50

Both these services are sent via Royal Mail. Delivery is usually within 2 to 5 working days*.

Delivery outside the UK

Europe: Standard delivery £15.00

Rest of World: Standard delivery £26.00 

 

International deliveries are all trackable, and may require a signature on delivery.

 

Delivery times around the World vary, these are estimates:

 

• Europe: 5-10 business days*

• Rest of World:  9-14 business days*

• PLEASE NOTE: All USA orders are subject to a 50% import tariff, which is applied at the checkout. This covers all import duty ahead of arrival to the USA, meaning that there are no additional fees to pay once the parcel has been delivered. 

 

Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive. We cannot guarantee a delivery date and are not responsible for delays due to items held up by Customs.

Taxes & Duties

For orders to the USA, we operate a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) scheme, meaning that the customer pays all import duties and taxes upfront, with no additional fees to pay once the parcel has arrived in the USA.

For shipping to the EU, please view the EU taxes and Duty section.

For all other international orders, please be aware that Cloth Atelier is not responsible for any import duty or other taxes that may be payable in your country of residence.

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for returned or undelivered orders due to address errors. We can resend orders but there will be an additional delivery charge.
