The Tie Blouse

The Tie Blouse features a flattering V-neckline with a buttoned front placket, delicate ribbon ties and statement wide sleeves. The back is finished with a soft ribbon tie at the neckline, adding an elegant detail. Its relaxed fit drapes beautifully over the body, creating an effortless look that feels floaty without being oversized. 
Pattern Sizes: UK 6 - UK 26
Skill Level: Confident Beginner
Suggested Fabrics: Linen, Cotton Lawn, Cotton Poplin, Double Gauze, Lightweight Chambray, Soft Seersucker. Avoid heavy or stiff fabrics, as they will reduce the soft drape of the sleeves and ties.
Supplies Needed: Fabric | Matching thread | Lightweight fusible interfacing (approximately 0.50m)
1m Ribbon 3mm - 5mm wide | 4x 10 - 12mm Buttons with a shank.
(It's also possible to use buttons without a shank - we suggest that you use a narrow ribbon if choosing shankless buttons.)
