Who we may share your information with:

Our payment service providers, who are:

 

  • Wix Payment. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Wix Payment is Wix's in-house payment service. 

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by Wix adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds. We do not have access to or store your card details.

 

Distribution and delivery service providers. We use Shipstation for this https://www.shipstation.com/privacy-policy/ and Royal Mail.

 

Marketing and customer management service providers for Newsletter distribution – we use Ascend from Wix for this. https://www.wix.com/about/privacy

 

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

 

If we sell or merge our business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

 

Finally, we may also share your information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

 

How we store information and keep it safe:

Your information will be held at our registered office in Warwickshire, and our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Access to information is restricted to employees and authorised individuals and companies who need it to perform their work

 

How long we keep information for:

We will do our best not to keep your information for longer than necessary to facilitate your use of our services and website, other than as required by law. We will regularly review the information that we hold and delete unnecessary information from our systems.

 

Unless you request otherwise, we may retain information that will make providing our services and  website to you more convenient and safer, such as your previous orders, but you have the right to ask us to delete any information that we hold about you – see the ‘Your rights’ section below.

 

Transfer of personal information outside the EU

The hosting facilities for our website are situated data centres located at the United States of America, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan and Israel.

 

Wix.com Ltd. is based in Israel, which is considered by the European Commission to offer an adequate level of protection for the Personal Information of EU Member State residents.
